By Air: The Bagdogra Airport is the nearest Airbase to Pelling. Located about 124 km from the main town of Pelling, the Bagdogra Airport can easily be accessed from most of the important cities of the country like Mumbai, Kolkata and Guwahati. Even flights from Paro and Bangkok also come down here. Taxis can take you to Pelling. They charge about Rs. 7 per kilometer.
