By Air: The Pathankot Airport (Pathankot Air Force Base) located just 6 kilometers to the south of the Pathankot City is a military aviation base that is predominantly used by the Indian Air Force. In service since November 2006, the Pathankot Airport has lately started operating commercial flights as well. Air India Regional is the only airline to provide Pathankot with air connectivity to other parts of the country. The Pathankot Airport is linked to Delhi, Kullu and Ludhiana via air.
