Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Suncoast where every guest is treated like royalty. The hotel has a total of 392 deluxe guest rooms at 550 square feet each. In addition, there are also 40 lavish guest suites ranging from 1100 to 2300 square feet. In fact, the entire 10th floor of the hotel tower contains only guest suites. No matter which accommodations you choose, all rooms have full-length windows that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding vistas.
The Suncoast opened August 2001 in suburban Summerlin, the U.S.'s largest planned community. The 440-room hotel, catering to locals as well as vacationers, is a 10-story tower of subtle desert tones and bronze windows rising against a backdrop of the Spring Mountains and a low-rise neighborhood. The result is a large casino accommodating day visitors as well as hotel guests. And, because of price competition, the resort offers good food-and-drink value.
