How To Reach Hyderabad

By Air: : The international Airbase of the city, (i.e. Rajiv Gandhi International Terminal) along with the domestic airport (N.T. Rama Rao International Terminal) is located at Begumpet, about 20km from the heart of the city. Hired Taxis as well as Cabs are available from these airports for the city. Both these airports are very well connected to all the major cities of the country as well as most of the major destinations abroad.
By Rail: There are three major Railway Stations serving the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad- namely, Hyderabad, Secunderabad and Kachiguda and a minor station at Begumpet. Most of the trains bound for South India and North India originate from Hyderabad, and leave via Secunderabad. Indian Railways connect Hyderabad with most of the important cities of the country.
By Road: The State Owned buses of the Andhra Pradesh Government connect Hyderabad with most of the chief cities of Southern India like Chennai (752km), Mumbai (800km), Vishakhapatnam and Vijayawada. Hyderabad also plays host to Deluxe, Super-deluxe, A/C and Volvo buses as well.
