The Resort is set on a gentle hill slope, facing the Himalayas, deep valleys and a beautiful sunrise, located in the middle of a 2-1/2 acre orchard of over 100 fruit trees & flower beds of over 70 varieties of flowers. Situated at 2300 m asl, only 330 km from Delhi and 46 km from Nainital Mountain Trail is truly a round the year resort. The bus stand is at the distance of 5 km where the Pantnagar airport is 80 km and Kathgodam railway station is 60 km away from the resort.
