Thengal Mansion, a heritage property is just 15kilometers off the town of Jorhat, set in the Assamese village of Jalukonibari. Designed with a colonial style of architecture, the property features colonnaded verandah, covered chandeliered sit-out area, overlooking the lush lawns, fireplace and Louis XV furniture in the drawing room. There are five rooms, besides the suites, and the mansion has a sitting room, dining room, lounge, kitchen and pantry, which serves Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisines.
