Rio Residency is a luxury boutique hotel in the land of sun, sea and sand- GOA. It is situated just half an hours drive from the Thivim railway station. All the 46 luxury and spacious rooms that are categorized into Luxury villas and one-bedroom apartment are spread across three floors. Even though the hotel does not have an elevator facility, the hotel provides an array of guest services such as currency exchange desk, a travel desk, power backup generator, laundry and 24 hours front desk.
