By Air:The nearest Airbase to Ganpatipule is at Ratnagiri, located about 50 km from the town. Cabs are available to take you to the main site. They charge a tariff of about Rs.200.

By Rail: Ratnagiri, located 45km from the main town, is the nearest Railhead to Ganpatipule. The Konkan Railway Junction (35km) is another important Railway head that is within the proximity of the town. The two most availed express trains to Ganpatipule are the Konkan Kanya express and the Mandovi Express that regularly ply to the town.

By Road: Several bus routes from Pune(330km), Mumbai(375km) and Ratnagiri connect Ganpatipule via a regular and frequent bus service. These buses are run by both Maharashtra State Transport Corporation as well as private bus operators.
