By Air: : Diu Airport located at Nagoa of Diu in the Union Territory of Daman and Diu links this city with rest of the country via air. Established during the Portuguese governance itself, Diu Airport is today operated by the Airports Authority of India. Jet Airways is the only airline catering service at this air base which provides direct flights to Mumbai and Porbandar. The flight to Mumbai plies everyday except for Saturday.

By Rail:Diu doesn’t have a railway station but the nearest train station is located at Una which is positioned about 12 km from Diu. The Una Railway Station is connected with some of the major cities of the state including Veraval, Delvada, Junagadh, etc. through a number to passenger trains operational here. The nearest major railway junction from Diu is situated at Veraval which lies at the distance of approximately 90 km from here. Veraval Railway Station is directly linked with a number of important destinations of Gujarat as well as other states such as, Somnath, Ahmedabad, Jabalpur, Rajkot, Pune, Trivandrum, etc.

By Bus: Diu is linked with the mainland Gujarat through an enclave of Ghoghla connecting it with a town named Una. Many state transport buses, both general as well as sleeper, ply on the Diu Ahmedabad route which takes nearly 10 hours to complete the journey. Diu is located about 90 km from Veraval, 120 Km from Sasangir, 175 Km from Palitana, 185 Km from Junagadh, 215 Km from Bhavnagar, 230 Km from Porbandar, 295 Km from Rajkot, 332 Km from Dwarka, 373 Km from Ahmedabad, 393 km from Vadodara and 819 km from Mumbai. Jethibai Bus Terminus is the main Bus station of Diu.
