Apart from the NH 5, State Highway No 12 also passes through Cuttack and annexes it to Paradip. Additionally, Cuttack is also linked to Jajpur, Talcher, Angul, Kendrapara and a number of towns and cities of Orissa and neighboring states by road. Cuttack is connected to its twin city and the state capital Bhubaneshwar via DTS city buses and even auto rickshaws. Not only that, public transport buses also ply from Cuttack to Bhubaneshwar & Puri and vice versa on a regular basis. Badambadi Bus Terminus of Cuttack sited close to the point where South Kathajodi Road and West Link Road intersect is one of the largest bus terminus of India from where hundreds of government as well as private buses ply to innumerable destinations every single day.
